Cancellation Policy

Hey Beautiful/Handsome please READ carefully . After selecting your service you must send a $50 deposit(non-refundable and non-transferable) to secure your appointment. The deposit goes towards your desired style. You can send deposit via my cash app which is $silkandslay or via zelle using my number 708-374-5776. Please write the desired style, date of the appointment and time in the memo . Then screenshot it and send to my phone and text sent . I will then follow up with my location and your appointment will be accepted ! All protective styles !!! Braids/ crochets you must come washed and blow dried no product please unless you add the silk and slay shampoo treatment to your service. CANCELLATIONS!!! You will be charged 50% of your total cost for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment but you will be able to rebook with me if slots are available. Any Cancellations at least 3 days notice are appreciated and will allow me time to fill that spot and prepare for a new appointment so you will not be charged Any further however , there will be a $25 rebooking fee to rebook appointments within 4 weeks of the initial appointment. NO CALL NO SHOWS I charge total cost of your service and you will not be able to book future appointments. Thank you !Please wear your mask !!!!
